The 2000 Pennsylvania project in Delaware was completed.
We’ve installed 1,200 thermal break aluminum, tilt and turn windows. To accommodate the tenants, we’ve installed Sound proof windows at 51 decibel, 2 inches thick. We also installed 98 exterior opening and sliding doors. In the interior we’ve installed 1983 doors, with magnetic lock systems. In the lobby and by the fireplaces we also worked with tile neolith doing the cladding, and added metal partitions creating offices.
